Rosacea is an increasingly common skin inflammation that is actually an “entire body” inflammation which appears through your skin. It actually increases as your body’s inflammation increases, and appears in women around their twenties and unfortunately becomes more apparent with age.
Here’s the good news: you can actually slow it down and help prevent it from getting much worse with age by doing the following things.
Increase your leafy green intake

Reduce as much as possible your stress levels, processed food consumption, alcohol consumption, and coffee. (They increase your body’s inflammation and will worsen your rosacea)
Make sure to stay clear of any food intolerances, food allergies, and to make sure you stay alert, listen to your body in case you develop any. A large majority of North Americans have developed food intolerances and continue to consume those foods which cause their bodies to constantly be under stress, also otherwise known as chronic inflammation, the cause of nearly all disease!
Increase your healthy fat intake. Healthy fats have the power to decrease your body’s inflammation, regulate your body’s functions and re-establish its hormonal balance. A hormonal imbalance is one of the top 5 causes of skin irritations and skin concerns. The more healthy fats you consume, the more balanced in lipids your body will be which means a healthier, more balanced, youthful and rosacea-free skin you will have.
