Adhere to high standards of business ethics and honesty, and support the efforts of national and international authorities to establish and enforce high standards of ethics for all business. Conduct business in an ethical manner.

♦ Avoid any form of corruption, extortion and bribery and, in particular, ensure that payments, gifts or other promises made to customers (including RXD employees), government officials and any other interested parties comply with applicable anti- bribery laws;

♦ Comply with antitrust and other anti-unfair competition laws;

♦ Disclose information about possible conflicts of interest as RXD suppliers, including any financial interests that RXD employees may have in any of the supplier's businesses;

♦ Protect all confidential information provided by RXD and its business partners;

♦ respect the intellectual property rights of others, including the intellectual property rights of RXD; and

♦ Comply with international trade regulations and export control regulations.
